AP members get individual live BP thrown to them on a regular basis by instructor along with all the individual workout drills they are taught to do at different stations.  Many come to workout with buddies or small groups.

Amherst Signing

Conner Gunn signed with Amherst College this week at Dobyns-Bennett!  Conner has a 4.01 GPA and has been a loyal patron with Alpha Omega Sports Academy since its conception!  We wish Conner all the best in his endeavors as he goes off to college to excel in the field of medicine and playing baseball at Amherst!

Tiger Signs

Congratulations to Wyatt Hamilton who signed with Alice Lloyd College this morning at Union High with family, coaches and friends in attendance! Wyatt joined our AOSA Tiger team last year and we wish him much success with his baseball endeavors as well as with life!
