Attention Wednesday Velocity members!

We will go to facility at 3:00 this afternoon and determine
whether we can warm up the facility enough to have our session
this evening.  We think we can and plan at this time to hold
tonight's session.

WE WILL ANNOUNCE SHORTLY AFTER 3 TODAY
WHETHER WE WILL CLOSE OR NOT.

The WEDNESDAY Velocity/Hitting
session will meet this SUNDAY (not Saturday)
at 12:30 p.m. for your 2nd session!
Tuesday Velocity/Hitting is scheduled to
begin next Tuesday, Jan 14th at 5:30!

Ben Swaggerty will do single lesson  @ $40
or work with 2-3 together @ $35 each
Schedule through AOSA for lesson on Mondays,
Wednesdays, or Thursdays after 5 p.m.

OPEN HITTING
Facility open for usage of tee workouts &
hitting routines.  No instruction.
Available Mon-Thurs-Fri between 5:30-8:00 p.m.
$43.70 for the month

 

January...

Two classes to choose from:
Tuesdays @ 5:30-8:00 p.m. & Saturdays 12:00-2:30 p.m.
OR
Wednesdays @ 5:30-8:00 p.m. & Saturdays 12:00-2:30 p.m.

Players will do a full throwing routine 45-60 minutes and a hitting workout 35-45 minutes
each class throughout January!

TAKING ONLY 12 PLAYERS
